Normally up to a 3-page document giving a summary of what you are looking for, it will summarise your family situation, what issues are in dispute, contact requirements, if you are self-represented or have a legal advisor, any concerns, what you are wanting from this process. This is an important piece of the process.

This also includes a review of your case history and documents (up to 30 pages) plus a telephone consultation to prepare you for your upcoming hearing – covering what to expect, how to present your position, and how to remain focused and calm on the day.
